AMY FARRELL - PORTFOLIO MANAGER, COMMERICAL REAL ESTATE BANKING – BANK OF TEXAS

Amy Farrell currently serves as a Portfolio Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Banking group at Bank of Texas (NASDAQ: BOKF), where she is responsible for evaluating and underwriting new loan opportunities, maintaining the existing loan portfolio, and managing client relationships. Amy’s experience includes underwriting and managing a portfolio of nearly $2 billion in debt across 100+ transactions, with particular expertise in industrial, multifamily, and retail construction and acquisition financing. Amy is a Sugar Land, TX native and holds her BBA from Baylor University. Amy is an active member of CREW, CREMM, and ULI and serves on the board for the Houston Banker’s Classic.

RICH WEBER - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT – PATRINELY GROUP

Rich Weber’s development career spans 22 years and includes areas of expertise in development, management, design, construction and leadership in commercial office, data center, industrial, and retail markets resulting in a total value of over $1.5 billion in projects completed. Rich recently completed HPE’s new campus in CityPlace, located in north Houston. Rich’s recent work includes development work in Patrinely Group’s new data center and industrial vertical platforms.

SAHIRA J. ABDOOL, MPA, MHR, LSSBB, CSM - PRINCIPAL & CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – THE PRINCIPLE PARTNERING GROUP/ PPG GLOBAL, LLC

Sahira has over 28 years in executive leadership in the private sector, municipal government and within the small business sector industries, including her current role as Principal and Chief Administrative Officer since 2011. In 2014, she became Partner with PPG Global, LLC with the global company expansion including oversight in Africa, Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the Bahamas and Belize, in addition to domestic operations. Sahira has an impressive leadership track- record for heading up large-scale complex projects and her innovative strategies for Community Engagement; such as the Harris Health LBJ Hospital Expansion, and multiple disaster related projects; the Hurricane Harvey Disaster Recovery Efforts and the COVID-19/Pandemic related projects. Sahira holds technical achievements such as a green belt and black belt, in Lean Six Sigma, she is a Certified Scrum Master, and has received eight consecutive years of certification in global Anti-Bribery/Anti-Trust compliance with Trace International.

TODD JOHNSON - PRESIDENT OF CALDWELL RESIDENTIAL RENTAL – CALDWELL COMPANIES

Todd spearheads Caldwell Companies’ residential rental platform including the Asher, Cadence Creek, and Mirella portfolios. His realm of responsibilities encompass the strategic planning and day-to-day operations for the entire lifecycle of residential rental projects, spanning acquisition, design, construction, and delivery. His overarching aspiration is to develop environments that not only thrive but also enrich the lives of everyone engaged with these communities.

DAINA PITZENBERGER, RN - SVP PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES – JLL

Daina has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare (HC) industry as a Registered Nurse, hospital CNO, as well as a CEO of a national healthcare franchise. With her many years as an operator, she moved into strategic development, and that led to working in capital planning and design and construction throughout her entire career. Over 15 years ago she moved into the AEC industry as a business developer and a nurse consultant. She works with healthcare clients such as ambulatory care networks, physicians groups, as well as hospital systems during concept development, programming and the design process.
