Why did you apply to the mentorship program? I have been in the industry for over 16 years. My hope is that I can not only offer sound advise but help others to succeed in their career.
What do you hope to learn from each other? There is always room to learn for both mentor and Protege. My hope is to improve my leadership skill even more and also knowing that I have helped someone grow in their career.
How did you (or plan to) structure your mentorship? Do you meet at the same time every week? Do you have an agenda for each meeting? We will be planning to meet at minimum once a month.
